Noel Perry
Role: Founder & Head Coach

College: Norfolk State University (NCAA Division 2)
Coach Noel is a lifelong basketball enthusiast. Hailing from Fairley High School
in Memphis, TN, he distinguished himself as an All American Scholar while
playing on a national championship team. His skills earned him a coveted full
scholarship to Northern Oklahoma Jr College, where he continued to hone his
craft. Seeking further challenges, Noel transferred to Norfolk State University,
maintaining his full scholarship.
For the past 14 years, Noel has channeled his passion for basketball into
coaching, blending it with his love for helping children. His coaching journey has
taken him from AAU teams in New York to providing extensive private coaching
for students of all ages. He takes pride in his ability to nurture players to reach
their full potential, using basketball as a vehicle for imparting life lessons and
fostering well-rounded individuals.
A staunch advocate for defense, Noel firmly believes that it is the cornerstone of
championship success. His coaching philosophy revolves around instilling
discipline, teamwork, and a relentless work ethic, traits he considers essential
not only on the court but also in life.

Byron McMillian
Role: Assistant Coach and Strength & Fitness
College: University of Southern Maine (NCAA Division 3)
Byron grew up playing basketball in the highly competitive DMV area. Through
his youth, he played with various AAU teams including DC Warriors with whom
he won a nationals tournament. Through middle school, he played for the local
powerhouse St Jerome’s Academy, then going to Takoma Academy for High
school. He played college basketball at the University of Southern Maine and
graduated with a bachelor in Exercise Science.
Upon graduating, he moved back to the DMV area in 2019. Since then, he has
coached at St Jerome’s Academy winning 2 city titles. Byron is a certified
personal trainer and basketball skills developer.
