What We Offer

Teams
● 2 x 1.5 hour team training sessions per week
● 1 x 1 hour joint team strength and conditioning session per week
● 1 x game each weekend (Force One League)
● 2 x tournaments each semester (Charm City, 6th Man)
Group Training
Our group training sessions are designed to help players develop their skills in a fun and supportive environment. We work with small groups to provide personalized instruction and feedback. Parents and students love the camraderie that is developed between athletes of all ages, building a support system that is sure to boost self esteem. Athletes have the opportunity to put their new skills into practice with scrimmages at the end of each training session.


Private Training
Our private training sessions are ideal for players who want one-on-one instruction and personalized feedback. Our coaches work closely with each player to identify areas for improvement and develop a customized training plan.
