Player Development Journey
As this program is applied to each player, their will be a noticeable improvement in their skill set, which will simultaneously improve teams as a whole, giving them the ability to experience the connection betweem personal growth and how it translates to the team.
By evaluating and bringing awareness to each player of where they are, and in which areas they can improve, we will be able to motivate them to take their skills to a new level.
